This is a fun take on those carnival fish you win in a bag! The plastic toy fish are embedded in the soap to make it look like they are swimming around. Once your kiddo uses the soap they fish stay around and play. This is a hard bar of soap, not a liquid. You just pull the bag down and it is ready to go.
